Thank you for visiting Frugalfundshub, an Internet property owned by Lyrras Lament Limited. By accessing the Site, downloading any Content, registering for the Newsletter and Activity Material or purchasing a Membership, you agree to the Site Offerings Terms of Use.

The Website Privacy Policy for (“Privacy Policy”) and any applicable operating rules, policies and other supplemental Terms of Use or documents that may be published from time to time are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. All of these documents form a unified whole that is binding on all parties.

1. Definitions

   Frugalfundshub: Frugalfundshub helps you reach short-term and long-term financial goals and helps you manage and control your finances. Get a real-time picture of your financial state and spending habits, so you can save more and create good short-term and long-term financial goals. All you need to do is manually import your daily transactions and financial details, without any links to your bank accounts, and you’ll be able to track and manage your money using the tools and features available through our planner. We offer tips and recommendations that can help you save more and make smarter financial decisions. There is even an option to receive alerts on your due dates, so you can pay your bills on time. Avoid splurges and create clear and concise financial reports faster than ever before. All the tools in our planner are placed on a single dashboard that anyone can use.

   Frugalfundshub Content: All content that can be accessed, downloaded, and interacted with on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, interactive content, text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and more.

   Membership:the agreement between the User and Frugalfundshub to provide access to the Services for a period of time.

   Payment Method:the credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or other payment method that the User uses to pay for their Membership.

   Services:the interactive content, text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork and more that are available through the Membership.

   Site Offerings: the Site, Services.

   Social Media Pages: Pages hosted on third-party websites that are related to and are subject to the applicable agreements and Terms of Use of those Social Media Websites.

   Social Media Websites: Third-party websites where 's Social Media Pages are hosted.

   User: the person who registers for a Membership and provides their Payment Method information.

2. Agreement

   You meet the minimum age requirement (18 years), you inhabit in one of the countries Frugalfundshub is operating and you are legally able to enter into binding contracts, as per applicable law. This Agreement is the sole and complete understanding between you and Frugalfundshub about your use of the Site Offerings. Any offers or products made available to you on the Site that enhance or complement the current features of the Site Offerings will be subject to this Agreement, unless stated otherwise. Frugalfundshub is not responsible if you are unable to use the Site Offerings.

   This Agreement may be revised or modified at any time without prior notification to you. Any disputes that occurred before the amendment of the Dispute Resolution Provisions, or charges incurred before the amendment of the Billing Provisions, will still be managed according to the Dispute Resolution Provisions and Billing Provisions in place at that time.    By using Frugalfundshub Services, you also acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Statement.

3. Registration

   In order to use certain Site Offerings, you may need to fill out a registration form (the “Form”). It will ask for information such as:

   • Your name
   • Mailing/billing address
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Credit card details (if buying Merchandise and/or Membership)
   • Any other information Frugalfundshub requests

   By registering on Frugalfundshub you agree to keep the information related to your security of the service confidential, to be responsible for all the consequences resulting from the use of your account and to pay your invoice every month until your subscription is terminated or cancelled.

   Your Registration Data must be accurate, current, and complete in order for us to keep it up to date. You can at any time change your address, user details and update your payment methods via “My Account”. Frugalfundshub will consider the person or entity who has access to the email address as the owner of the Membership Frugalfundshub retains the right to reject and/or terminate your Registration at any time for any reason, such as if Frugalfundshub believes you have breached the Agreement, are engaging in improper conduct, or are conducting unauthorised commercial activity.

4. Fees

   It's important to make sure you're paying the correct price for your Membership, based on the country where you're registering. If the price you're charged is incorrect, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] for help. 5. Invoicing

   Upon registering for a Membership to the Frugalfundshub, the payment method you provided or updated later will be automatically charged for the fees mentioned above. The date of the payments depends on the plan you will choose as also mentioned above. There is no obligation to stay - you can cancel your membership at any time. All fees will be paid in advance of the services being provided. You agree that Frugalfundshub can charge your Payment Method without additional authorization.

   Once Frugalfundshub has received your order, the services purchased will be available to you, according to the applicable terms. A confirmation email of your order with the description of the billing will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription. If you have any queries regarding the delivery of your order, contact us at [email protected]. Lyrras Lament Limited reserves the right to issue digital or physical invoices and to work with a third-party factoring company if credit card payment is not made. All communication will be electronic or over the phone.

6. Trial Period

   By signing up for a membership through one of Frugalfundshub campaigns, you give permission to Frugalfundshub to deduct the trial period fee and then the complete recurring fee from the credit card you used upon continuing the service. When purchasing the trial subscription, you will not be charged for any undisclosed fees, just the amount mentioned in the campaigns. Your membership will be renewed automatically after the trial period and the date of the renewal depends on the plan you will choose. You can choose if the payment of the aforementioned fee will be conducted on your local price according to the “Pricing by country” list above or to the local currency of Republic of Ireland. You understand and accept that Frugalfundshub will not require any additional authorization from you for this recurrent payment. Every time you use the Membership, you confirm that Frugalfundshub has the right to charge your Payment Method and to apply the charges to the same.

7. Payment Methods

   All payments are made in your local currency through SSL encrypted connection with maximum safety. You can also proceed with the payment in the local currency of Republic of Ireland. You acknowledge and agree that any card and related billing and payment information that you provide are not stolen and will be shared with a third-party partner (Payment processor and/or Acquirer). The processing of payment by other Payment Providers shall be governed by such Payment Provider’s terms of service and Frugalfundshub is not responsible in any way for your relationship with any such Payment Providers or for the actions of any of these Payment Providers.

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a discount on a subscription payment period without prior notification.

   Accepted Cards: Visa and MasterCard.

   In the event of failure on the collection of the Fees owed by you, you authorize Frugalfundshub to retry and collect at a later time and Frugalfundshub may in its sole discretion suspend or cancel your subscription without further notice. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for the uncollected amounts and Frugalfundshub may suspend your access to the services until the successfully charged of a valid Payment Method.

   Billing Cycle: The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary depending on the subscription type you selected when signing up for the service. Your payment date may change if your payment method has not successfully settled or if you change your subscription plan. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.

   Frugalfundshub will notify you by a reminder email with the date and time of the expiration of the trial period, the invoice of your purchase and these terms of use, 7 days before your trial period expires, or immediately after the purchase, if the trial period is shorter than 7 days.

   You acknowledge that you are responsible to ensure that your email can receive the confirmation and reminder emails. Frugalfundshub is not responsible for any such failure and you are advised to provide an email service other than hotmail and gmail as those services may have issues regarding emails sent by Frugalfundshub. If you have not received the emails, you may contact the Customer Support Centre.

8. Cancellation of Membership, Refunds and General Invoicing Provisions

   If you are not happy with your purchase, you can immediately end your Membership with Frugalfundshubat any time by clicking (“Cancel Subscription”) and following the available instructions or by contacting the customer’s support centre through email/phone. Your account will remain active until the next billing cycle..

   Frugalfundshuboffers a 100% refund if it is requested within 14 days of your purchase. No refunds will be given for Membership fees already paid. All Membership fees are non-refundable and will be shown on your Payment Method statement under the specified identifier. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with the decision of the customer’s support team.

   Frugalfundshubreserves the right to change their Billing Provisions at any time by posting the new fees on its Service. If you decide to continue using the Site or purchase a Membership after receiving the notice, you agree to be bound by the changes. By signing up with Frugalfundshuband providing your Payment Method information, you are authorizing Frugalfundshubto provide the Merchandise and bill you for it.

9. Termination

   Frugalfundshubreserves the right to terminate your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any clause of this Agreement. Your access may also be terminated on the same terms due to failure of fulfillment of payment obligations, usage of the service that may pose a risk to Frugalfundshubor other users, engagement in illegal activities unethical actions that could harm Frugalfundshubor other users, suspected fraudulent account activity and participation in any other unacceptable behaviour described on the site and/or governing by the law.Upon termination, you acknowledge that Frugalfundshubshall not refund any previously paid fees and you are obliged to pay any remaining charges prior to your termination.

10. Loss of Data, Content, and Capacity

    If your Membership is canceled or terminated, the user account, data in the normal course of operation and content will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

    The clauses of this Agreement relating to the protection and enforcement of Frugalfundshubintellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification, limitation and governing law will remain valid after the cancelation or termination.

11. General Membership Terms

    Membership to the Frugalfundshubwebsite grants you access to various content, such as interactive content, text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork and more (collectively referred to as “FrugalfundshubContent”). Frugalfundshubis solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness and usefulness of this content. Frugalfundshubdoes not guarantee that all content posted by and through the website is accurate, and does not take any responsibility to monitor or police such content. You agree to release Frugalfundshubfrom any liability in connection with any dispute between you and Frugalfundshub.

12. Frugalfundshub Content

    With the right technology, you can access, download, and interact with some or all of the content offered through Frugalfundshub. Frugalfundshuband third-party providers compile, distribute, and showcase this content. Frugalfundshubis not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of content provided by third-party providers on the site. Frugalfundshubdoes not guarantee that the content and other information posted is up-to-date and suitable. Frugalfundshubhas no responsibility or obligation to you in connection with any content. Be cautious when using the content, as it may be outdated, harmful, wrong, or deceptive. 14. User License

    As a user of the Site, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Site Offerings. This license can be terminated by Frugalfundshubat any time and for any reason. Unless given express permission by Frugalfundshub, you may only use the Site Offerings for personal, non-commercial purposes. .

    You agree and undertake not to:

    • reproduce, modify, download, adapt, rent, lease, sell, emulate, clone, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer any part of the Site Offerings.

    • disable or otherwise avoid any measures used to restrict access to Frugalfundshubservices.
    • sell for any commercial purposes access to Frugalfundshubservices except as permitted.
    • access or use the services in order to build a competitive product.
    • remove or notify any copyright notices, restrictions and signs indicating proprietary rights.
    • take any unreasonable actions that interfere the operation of Frugalfundshubservices.
    • to indemnify and hold harmless Frugalfundshubfor any violations of this agreement.
15. Privacy Policy

    Certain parts of Frugalfundshubservices require or involve the collection or use of personally identifying information such as data pertaining to users or activities or navigation undertaken by users through the Frugalfundshubservices. Specifically, all materials that you submit through or in connection with the Site, such as Registration Data and Feedback, are subject to the Privacy Policy and you are encouraged to read the Privacy Statement and Third Party Services’ relevant policies for a description use practices and data collection. Additionally, Frugalfundshubwill not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of, or reliance on, any material from external websites or through any such dealings or promotions. 17. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and defend Frugalfundshub, its parents, subsidiaries, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, agents, co-branders, content licensors, and other partners from any and all claims, expenses, damages, suits, costs, demands, including attorney’s fee, and/or judgments made by a third party as a result of your inappropriate use of the Site Offerings, including violation of the copyright or privacy right, breach of this Agreement, any dispute between you and Frugalfundshub, and/or violation of any rights of another individual or entity. These provisions are for the benefit of Frugalfundshub, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors, suppliers, and attorneys, who can each enforce these provisions directly against you.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Frugalfundshubshall not be liable if you cannot access its services during periods of peak demand or due to malfunctions to the system for any reason.

19. Limitation of Liability

    You understand and agree that Frugalfundshubshall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site Offerings or any other services offered by them. This includes, but is not limited to, losses of profits, goodwill, data, use of the service, business interruption, inaccurate results, cost of recovering any data, cost of claims by third parties for damages to electronic devices and software or other intangible losses. Frugalfundshubwill not be liable to you or any third party up to the fullest extent permitted by law. You and Frugalfundshubcannot bring any action more than one year after the event which caused the cause of action. The negation of damages is a fundamental element of the agreement between you and Frugalfundshub .

20. Proprietary Rights/Intellectual Property

    The content provided by Frugalfundshubservice including graphics, text, design, images, artwork, audio, video, documents, digital conversion, copyrightable materials, methods, algorithm, data, inventions, trade secrets, logos, domains, trademark, tradename, title, software, services and other matters relating to them, are all subject to applicable intellectual property, right, copyrights and trademarks.

    Viewing any content does not grant you any ownership rights and posting any information or material through the site offering does not mean that any such rights have been waived. All rights of Frugalfundshubor its licensors that are not expressly granted in this Agreement are reversed to Frugalfundshuband its licensors.

21. Opt-Outs

    You are not able to opt out from transactional communication (billing and service messages) but you can opt out of receiving marketing and notification emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the marketing messages or by contacting the Support Centre.

22. Dispute Resolution

    The Agreement shall be treated as if it were signed and carried out in Republic of Ireland and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). If you have submitted a complaint to Frugalfundshubbut you consider the answer to be unsatisfactory, you can submit a dispute for resolution via an arbitration Settlement Offer. The arbitration shall be conducted in Republic of Ireland by a single arbitrator. Unless specifically required by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, regardless of who is deemed the winner in the arbitration. Even though Frugalfundshubmay have the right to an award of lawyers’ fees and expenses if they are successful in arbitrating, they will not seek this from you unless the arbitrator finds that your claim was frivolous.

    Furthermore, to the extent allowed by law, you agree not to initiate, join or take part in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute or controversy that you have against Frugalfundshuband/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives and/or assigns. You agree to the entry of an injunction to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit. You also agree to pay the legal fees and court costs incurred by Frugalfundshubin seeking such relief. This provision preventing you from initiating, joining or participating in class action lawsuits: (A) does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a part of a class action in a binding arbitration as outlined above; and (B) is a separate agreement.

23. Notice for Claims of Copyright Violations

    If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, you can submit a copyright infringement notification by providing Frugalfundshubwith the following information in writing:

    • telephone number, address, and email address
    • signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on their behalf with a statement for the authorization
    • description and details of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed and of where is located on the service.
    • statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that there is no authorization by the law or the owner or its agent for the usage of the work and that the above information is accurate.
24. Anti-Money Laundering Policy

    Frugalfundshubcomplies with the applicable anti-corruption, anti-bribery and anti-money laundry laws and you acknowledge to also comply to all applicable laws including, local and Federal laws, EU directives and legally binding regulations, UN Convention and any other applicable laws such as the EU’s AML Directives, the UK Bribery, Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Transfer of Funds Act and Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act.

    Frugalfundshubhas the right to terminate you without prior notice if you fail to comply with any of the above..

25. Final Provisions

    This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the FrugalfundshubSite Offerings. Using the Site Offerings means you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you don't agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, you cannot use the Site Offerings. This Agreement takes precedence over any inconsistent or conflicting provisions related to the Site Offerings. Frugalfundshubinability to enforce any part of this Agreement does not mean Frugalfundshubcannot enforce it in the future. This Agreement does not create any agency or partnership between the parties. Any part of this Agreement that is found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement and it will be interpreted according to applicable law. Frugalfundshubcan assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party at any time without notice. The headings in this Agreement are for reference only and do not explain, limit, or define any section.

26. Force Majeure

    Neither party shall be liable for any breach or termination of this agreement due to a force majeure event; an unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the parties which among others includes act of God, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, epidemics, war, floods and earthquakes. The affected party shall duly notify the other party and do its best effort to minimize the impact on its obligations. Both parties can terminate in writing this agreement without liability, if the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days.

27. Feedback and Suggestions

    Any suggestions and feedbacks provided to Frugalfundshubare subject to Frugalfundshub’s Intellectual Property and you acknowledge that Frugalfundshubmay be used them for further development and improvement of the site offeringss, to enhance Frugalfundshubdata security and fraud prevention capabilities and to comply with any applicable laws.
